The symposium of Dr. Seyed Ahmad Hashemi Supervisor and Dr. Mohammad Reza Safdari Assistant Professor of North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences was held with faculty members of Bojnourd Dental School.

At the meeting, Dr. Hashemi called for the consultation and use of the views of faculty members at various colleges based on concerns and needs of the university.

He pointed out that for this purpose, a measure of satisfaction of staff, faculty and students has been launched on the university's website at http://nkums.ac.ir. It is very effective in promoting and implementing health system policies.

Dr. Hashemi  in a part of his speech  emphasized education and culture in order to evolve the way in which members of society interact, behave, and interact with the educated class of physicians and dentists.

In this intimate meeting, Dr. Ehsan Jafari, Head of the Faculty of Dentistry, presented a performance report, each of the faculty members expressed their views, suggestions and needs.

According to the report, while reviewing the issues raised, it was decided to prioritize the issues and concerns of faculty members to make decisions and corrective actions.
