An Exercise Tolerance Test is an Electrocardiogram (ECG) that is recorded while exercising. To do this test, first of all, patient’s pulse and blood pressure is measured and registered and electrodes will be connected to the patient for registering primary ECG, then the patient will be asked to use treadmill to walk on it according to its speed. Its speed and slope will increase every 3 minutes. The machine will work slowly at first and the speed will increase gradually. The patient should run on it according to its speed. Finally the machine slopes in a way that seems patient is running uphill. Patient’s vital sign and ECG is controlled and registered in different conditions to record the changes.
