MAIN OBJECTIVE:

Improve the educational productivity in NKUMS by running continuous evaluation on scientific activity of academic members.

OTHER GOALS:

• To update academic members about their evaluation results for improving their teaching skills.
• To improve self-judgment ability among academic members
• To spread the criticism spirit among academic members
• To increase responsibility among students
• To increase judgment ability among students
• To induce co-operation in tutorial activities among students
• To investigate power points and highlighting them
• Introducing and preparing more effective evaluation criteria
